Import properties from CSV, Excel or expose PDFs

The bulk import creates many properties at once, from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) or from several expose PDFs. Nothing is created until you have checked the recognised rows and confirmed the import; duplicates are marked beforehand. You reach the page in the sidebar under Gestione → Aggiungi immobile through the card "Importazione in blocco (CSV / Excel)" (button Vai all'importazione), or in Il mio inventario with the button Importazione in blocco. If your property allowance is used up, that button opens the property-limit notice instead.

1. Upload a file

A box at the top explains "Porta il tuo portafoglio da un'altra piattaforma"; "Come esportare dal tuo strumento attuale" opens notes on exporting from ImmoCloud, ImmoScout24 / WISO and Excel. Then:

1. Under Tipo di fonte choose CSV / Excel or Exposé PDFs.
2. For CSV/Excel: Scarica modello gives you a CSV template with one example row. Your column names do not have to match the template; the AI maps the columns.
3. Drop the file into the field or click it. .csv, .xlsx and .xls up to 20 MB are accepted. For exposes you select several PDFs; they are read one after another, and only the facts stated in the expose are taken over.
4. After the upload, the preview of the new import batch opens automatically.

Under Lotti di importazione recenti you see all earlier batches with file, source, status, number of records and date. The eye opens the preview, the bin deletes the batch after a confirmation.

2. Check the preview

The page Anteprima importazione shows what the import would create. A yellow notice reminds you that nothing has been created yet.

• Four tiles: Totale, Da importare, Duplicati and Da saltare.
• For CSV/Excel the card "Abbiamo mappato le tue colonne" shows which of your columns was matched to which field. Check that everything was recognised correctly.
• The table lists every row with address, city, type, rooms, year built, price and area. For exposes the source file is shown as well. Duplicates of an existing property are marked in the row; errors appear as text below.
• In the last column you decide per row what happens: importa, salta or aggiorna (the existing property is updated).
• Under Azioni massive you set all rows at once: Importa tutto, Salta tutto, Salta duplicati or Aggiorna duplicati.

3. Run the import

Click Esegui importazione at the top; the button shows the number of rows that will be imported or updated and is disabled when there are none. After you confirm, the properties are created. A green message gives the number of imported, updated and skipped rows; "Visualizza le tue proprietà" takes you to Il mio inventario. From there you can add tenants and leases to the new properties.
