User Settings — Customize Your Account and Preferences
Manage your account settings under Impostazioni → Impostazioni utente.
The User Settings area allows you to manage your personal information, account security, notification preferences, privacy settings, and subscription details from one place.

Keeping your settings up to date helps ensure that account information, communication preferences, and security settings remain accurate.
Dati personali
Use this section to manage your personal account information.
You can update:
- Your name.
- Profile photo.
- Phone number.
- Date of birth.
- Lingua preferita.

Review this section periodically whenever your contact information changes.
Keep your email address, phone number, and preferred language up to date to ensure you receive important account notifications and communications.
Sicurezza
Use this section to protect your account.
Available options include:
- Reviewing your Stato 2FA and opening Gestire la 2FA.
- Changing your password.
- Reviewing security settings.
The security tab shows whether Autenticazione a due fattori (2FA) is currently enabled and gives you a Gestire la 2FA button that opens the dedicated 2FA page.
For security reasons, use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication whenever possible.

Autenticazione a due fattori (2FA)
Open Gestire la 2FA from the security tab to manage two-factor authentication on a dedicated page.
On the 2FA page you can:
- Enable OTP via email — receive a one-time code by email at login.
- Set up an App di autenticazione — scan the QR code (or enter the secret manually) and confirm with a generated code.
- Choose which method is your primary login challenge when both are enabled.

- Disattiva 2FA — this requires re-entering your current password.
Store your backup codes in a safe place. They allow you to sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app or email.

Depending on your account settings, you may be able to choose whether to receive:
- Product updates.
- System notifications.
- Billing-related emails.
- Property and portfolio alerts.
- Other account communications.
You can update these preferences at any time.

Profilo dell'investitore
Use this section to define your investment profile and goals.
Information stored here may be used to personalize recommendations, analyses, and platform experiences.

API tokens
The API Tokens page manages long-lived, machine-to-machine tokens for automation access — for example connecting an automation tool to SmartLandlord.
On this page you can:
- Create a new token with a descriptive label.
- Assign one or more permission scopes that control exactly which endpoints the token may call.
- Set an optional expiry date (leave blank for a token that never expires).
- Revoke (deactivate) or re-enable an existing token.
- Rotate a token to issue a new value and immediately invalidate the old one.
- Delete a token permanently.
When a token is created it is shown once — copy it immediately, because the raw value is never displayed again. It is used as an `Authorization: Bearer` header.
A newly created API token is displayed only once. Copy and store it securely at that moment. If a token is ever exposed, revoke or rotate it immediately.
