Buy tokens and manage payments

AI features use tokens from your plan's allowance. If it runs out, you buy more. Payment methods and paid invoices have their own pages. Packages and current prices are on the pricing page.

Buy more tokens

In the sidebar under Impostazioni, click Acquista token. A dialog opens, not a separate page; opening the address directly redirects to the home page.

On the left you see your allowance: Il vostro limite di token and Consumo as a bar. On the right you buy more:

1. Enter the amount under Quanti token vorreste acquistare? (in milioni). The smallest value is 1 (one million); the hint Ordine minimo sits next to the field.
2. The dialog shows Prezzo per milione and the Prezzo totale.
3. Click Acquistare token. You continue to payment at Stripe.
4. After paying you return to the app and land on the tab Abbonamento in Impostazioni utente. A green message confirms the purchase ("Token acquistati con successo! Il tuo saldo è stato aggiornato."); the purchased tokens appear in the breakdown under Token del piano.

On the free plan buying more is not possible. Instead of the purchase column the dialog shows the next higher packages and the button Aggiorna piano, which leads to the Aggiorna piano page.

Payment methods

Open Impostazioni → Impostazioni utente, tab Abbonamento, and click Metodi di pagamento at the bottom.

The page lists your methods with card brand and last four digits, for cards with the expiry date. The default method carries the mark Predefinito and is used for future subscriptions and purchases.

• Imposta come predefinito makes another method the default.
• Rimuovi removes a method after a confirmation. Payments already made are not affected.
• Aggiungi nuovo metodo di pagamento (top right) opens the page for adding one; with no method stored, the button in the middle reads Aggiungi il primo metodo di pagamento.
• Torna alle impostazioni returns to the subscription tab.

Add a new method

1. Choose the tile Carta di credito e portafogli or Addebito diretto SEPA.
2. Click Aggiungi tramite Stripe. You enter the details on Stripe's page; SmartLandlord itself does not take card details.

PayPal is visible but not available yet; the page says the payment type follows in a later update.

Transaction history

In the same tab Abbonamento, Cronologia transazioni opens the list of your payments.

Three figures are at the top: Volume totale dei pagamenti, Pagamenti abbonamento and Acquisti token. They count completed payments only.

• The filters Tipo (Abbonamento or Acquisto token) and Stato narrow the table. The status list contains only statuses that occur in your data.
• The table shows Data, Tipo, Descrizione, Importo and Stato.
• The button Fattura in a row opens the invoice. If there is none for that payment, a short message appears: "Nessuna fattura disponibile per questa transazione.".
• With no payments the table says Nessuna transazione trovata.
