Earnings and payouts

This page shows your available balance, lets you request a payout, tracks earnings and referred customers, and offers optional visibility packages. Open it in the sidebar under Area partner → Pagamenti. It is only visible to approved partners (see Becoming a partner).

How your earnings are made up is set out in the partner contract. The current commission rates, partner tiers and the minimum balance for a payout are on the partner page in the section "Partnerstufen".

Balance and requesting a payout

The Pagamento card shows your balance under Disponibile per il ritiro. Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer to the IBAN stored in your partner settings. If your balance is below the minimum it stays on your account and carries forward.

1. Add your IBAN first: under Impostazioni partner in the tab Dati di pagamento (see Partner settings).
2. Click Richiesta di ritiro on the card.
3. The dialog shows your available balance at the top. Enter the amount you want in Importo (€).
4. Click Invia la richiesta.

The request then appears in the Ultimi pagamenti table further down with date, amount and status. Until there is one, the table says Non ci sono ancora pagamenti.

Earnings over time

Statistiche sul reddito is a chart with the series Nuovi clienti and Guadagni (€). Choose the period in the selector above the chart (for example Ultimi 30 giorni).

Visibility packages

The Pacchetti di visibilità card is optional. It only appears when packages are offered in your market or you already have one active. You can book once your partner account is approved. A package raises your visibility in the AI recommendations for the booked period. It changes neither your partner tier nor your commission rate.

1. Each package shows its prices per period (monthly or yearly), each with its own button. Under the price you see how much is paid from your balance and how much by card.
2. Click Prenota ora at the period you want. If you already have a package, the button reads Prolunga (same package) or Cambia (another package).
3. Confirm in the dialog. If your balance does not cover the price, Continua al pagamento takes you to the card payment; if it does, use Paga dal saldo.

An active package shows its end date on the card. The option Rinnova automaticamente dal saldo renews it by itself. There is no refund on cancellation; without automatic renewal the package simply runs out. If a payment is already in progress, finish it first or cancel it with Annulla il pagamento.

Referred customers

The Referred Customers table (with the count in brackets) lists every referred user with Utente, Iscritto and Pacchetto. As long as nobody has come through your code or link it says Non ci sono ancora referral - condividi il tuo codice per iniziare. Code, link and QR code are under Marketing.
