Create PDF reports
From your property data, the system generates professional PDF reports for landlords. Two report types are available: the portfolio report for several properties and the property detail view for a single property.
Portfolio report
The portfolio report summarises the financial data of several or all properties. You choose the chapters you want from six areas: an executive summary with a metrics overview, the property portfolio with a property list, a financing overview with loan details, financial metrics with calculated KPIs, charts with graphical evaluations and, optionally, an appendix for your own notes.
The report is suitable for bank meetings, financing requests and documenting your portfolio's development.
Property detail view
The detail view creates a comprehensive report for a single property. Three chapters are available: property data with master and fittings data, financial data with a financing and cost overview, and a rent analysis with income and yield calculation.
This report type is suitable for tax advisers, property managers or your own documentation of individual properties.
Individual design
Both report types offer optional customisation. A cover image gives the document a professional appearance – use your company logo or a property photo. Your name appears in the document as the author. Deactivate chapters you don't need for shorter reports.
After generation, the PDF is downloaded automatically and saved to your document list at the same time.
Upload documents
You upload your own documents via the drag-and-drop zone or by selecting files. The system accepts PDF documents, Microsoft Word files and images in JPG and PNG up to a maximum of 10 MB per file.
Document types
More than 30 categories are available: purchase contract, tenancy agreement, land registry (catasto) extract, APE energy performance certificate, property listing, loan agreement, financing offer, building permit, condominium deed, service-charge statement, insurance certificates, minutes of owners' meetings, floor plan, site plan, cadastral map and many more.
Clear categorisation makes later searching and filtering easier.
Property assignment
Every document is assigned to a property from your portfolio. This link enables filtering by property and keeps related paperwork together. For documents concerning several properties, you choose the main property.
Document management
The document table shows all uploaded and generated files. Search, filter and sort functions help you find things quickly.
Search and filters
The search field filters by file name, document type or property name with instant results. Three dropdown filters narrow the results further: by document type, by property and by period. The reset button clears all filters.
Sorting
Sort buttons order the list by various criteria: 'Newest first' and 'Oldest first' for chronological sorting, 'Name A-Z' and 'Name Z-A' for alphabetical order, 'By type' for grouping by document category. Alternatively, sort by clicking the column headers.
Actions
Download and delete are available for every document. PDF files open directly in the browser; other formats are downloaded. When several documents are selected via the checkboxes, a bulk action bar appears for deleting them together.
With more than ten documents, you navigate through the pages via pagination.
Supported document types
The categories cover the entire property lifecycle. For the purchase there are purchase contract, property listing, land registry (catasto) extract, financing offer and loan agreement. For letting you use tenancy agreement, service-charge statement and correspondence. Technical documents include the APE energy performance certificate, floor plan, site plan, construction drawings and building permits. For ongoing management there are minutes, insurance certificates and statements.
The ImmoCheck category automatically stores generated analysis reports. The property detail view category identifies single-property reports from document creation.
