SmartLandlord is an independent PropTech platform for the intelligent management, analysis and valuation of property. Our goal is to bring transparency, efficiency and fairness to a market that is often characterised by opacity and complicated systems.

With cutting-edge AI technology, clear product logic and an uncompromisingly open philosophy, we offer a platform that takes real work off your hands – rather than just delivering marketing promises. Our system is designed both for beginners with a single property and for experienced investors with larger portfolios.

SmartLandlord is operated by Valtura Advisory OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia, and primarily serves the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Valtura Advisory OÜ is responsible for operating, developing and providing customer support for the platform.

The "SmartLandlord" brand is owned by Smart Landlord LTD and is used for the European market.

At SmartLandlord, three core values are at the heart of everything we do:

Every user gets the full range of features. Differences between plans arise exclusively from usage limits such as token volume, the number of stored properties or reporting capacity. Nobody pays for features they do not need.

• Transparency

We disclose all relevant structures: prices, data use, technical foundations and storage methods. You can see at any time how the system works, what data is processed and where it is stored.

• Substance over hype

SmartLandlord was built out of genuine need. The focus is on technical quality, long-term stability and honest communication – no artificial growth, no empty promises.

The platform was developed entirely in Python and Django and uses a scalable cloud architecture. Our hosting servers are operated by Strato in Germany, while the database resides in the Microsoft Azure Cloud (region: Germany/West Europe). All data therefore remains securely within the European Union, protected by the high standards of the GDPR.

SmartLandlord works closely at the interface between artificial intelligence and the property industry: AI models handle analyses, assess locations, calculate yields, generate market forecasts and automatically create PDF reports. This drastically reduces manual effort while increasing the informative value of the results.

Data protection is an integral part of SmartLandlord. All data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union. Servers and databases are located in the Microsoft Azure West Europe region (Germany) – protected by the highest security standards.

SmartLandlord fully meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At any time, you can:

• Request information about the data stored about you
• Export your data
• Request complete deletion

The platform operates with a clearly documented security concept, regular backups and controlled access. All personal information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored securely.

SmartLandlord is in a phase of continuous development with a focus on stability, user feedback and sustainable growth. Alongside the German platform, structures for Austria (.at) and Switzerland (.ch) are currently being built to ensure a consistent user experience across the entire DACH region.
